Your clinic, your way
Send what your clinic already uses. No new equipment needed to work with us.
Our process & technology
We capture the foot the way that works best for the practitioner and the patient, then build every pair in-house in Langford.
Traditional
Plaster casting is the traditional gold standard for custom orthotics. A plaster cast records the exact shape of the foot, contour for contour, giving us a true model to work from.
It’s a method practitioners have trusted for decades, and one we know inside out.
Digital
A 3D scan captures the foot quickly and precisely, with no mess and no drying time. It’s comfortable for the patient and easy for the clinic — the file can be sent the same day.

Why offer both
Send what your clinic already uses. No new equipment needed to work with us.
Some patients and cases suit plaster; others suit a quick scan. You choose.
Whichever method you use, every pair is built and finished by hand in our lab.
In the lab
Every device is custom — corrected by hand and built for that patient. No library shells, no pre-corrected blanks.

How it works
Your doctor, chiropractor or physiotherapist assesses your feet and decides custom orthotics are right for you.
Your foot is captured with a plaster cast or a digital 3D scan.
We build your orthotics in-house in Langford, made to the prescription.
Your finished orthotics go back to your practitioner for fitting.
For doctors, chiropractors & physiotherapists
Send a plaster cast or a digital scan. The person who builds your patient’s orthotics is the person you talk to. Tricky case? Call and talk it through.
