Why custom orthotics

Support that starts at the foundation.

Your feet carry everything above them. A device made from your own foot can help the whole chain — ankles, knees, hips and back — work the way it should.

Pain relief

Can help ease heel pain, arch pain and plantar fasciitis.

Better alignment

Supports how your foot moves, so your body isn’t compensating.

Less fatigue

Can reduce foot and leg tiredness through long days on your feet.

Injury prevention

Helps manage the strain that leads to overuse injuries.

See all the benefits

The best of both

Proven plaster precision. Modern digital scanning.

Most labs pick one. We work with both, so every practitioner and every patient gets the method that suits them.

Traditional

Plaster casting

The long-trusted standard. A plaster cast captures the exact shape of the foot, ready for hand correction in our lab.

Digital

3D foot scanning

Fast, precise and clean. A digital scan is quick for the patient and easy for the clinic to send.

How we make every pair

How it works

From first step to final fit.

  1. Assessment & referral

Your doctor, chiropractor or physiotherapist assesses your feet and decides custom orthotics are right for you.

  2. Cast or 3D scan

Your foot is captured with a plaster cast or a digital 3D scan.

  3. Handcrafted in our lab

We build your orthotics in-house in Langford, made to the prescription.

  4. Fitted & delivered

Your finished orthotics go back to your practitioner for fitting.
